Interiors and renovation
Remove selected finishes or open an interior for the next renovation stage. Start by defining what stays.
- Interior demolition
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and full interior tear-outs. Separate finishes from structural work.
- Rental unit strip-outs
Prepare a vacant unit for renovation after belongings and retained fixtures are identified.
- Demolition for renovators and investors
Coordinate phased removal with the renovation plan, trade access and handover boundaries.

Structures and outdoor removal
From a detached garage to a building removal, define the structure, its connections and the condition of the site afterwards.
- Residential demolition
House and residential structure removal, with access, services and the lot handover assessed together.
- Commercial demolition
Commercial buildings and strip-outs planned around retained premises, building systems and loading access.
- Garage demolition
Detached garages and accessory structures. State separately whether the slab and footings leave.
- Pool removal
Above-ground and in-ground pools require different removal and ground-restoration decisions.
- Deck, fence and shed removal
Exterior structures, attachments and bases assessed separately from the building or fence that stays.

Concrete and hard surfaces
Identify the material, thickness, edges and access before deciding the removal approach.
- Concrete breaking and removal
Slabs, footings and masonry. Removal limits and the condition below the concrete need their own assessment.

Contents, debris and cleanup
Choose between clearing movable contents, loading demolition debris and rough construction cleanup.
- Junk and debris removal
Start here when a property contains a mixture of unwanted contents and loose renovation material.
- Demolition and renovation debris
Load out material already released from the work. Further dismantling is a separate scope.
- Appliance, furniture and mattress removal
Bulky movable items, with disconnections, stairs and carrying routes checked first.
- Scrap metal removal
Accessible, released metal. Connected equipment and uncertain materials need prior assessment.
- Tenant turnover cleanouts
Remove authorised belongings and loose contents before inspection or a separately scoped strip-out.
- Office and commercial junk removal
Furniture and approved business contents, with ownership, loading rules and sensitive records resolved.
- Construction site cleanup
Released debris and a rough sweep during a build or before handover. Detailed cleaning is separate.
Removal is not one single scope
Contents or building materials?
A cleanout clears movable items. A strip-out removes agreed building finishes and assemblies. A property may need both, in that order.
Structure or base?
Removing a garage, deck or shed does not automatically include its slab or footings. The written scope should identify both.
Demolition or handover?
Agree on what the next contractor needs: material removed, edges retained, access kept clear and any separate restoration work.
Browse the work gallery or ask us to help define the scope. See GTA and surrounding coverage.
