What the form collects
Your name and phone number are required. A project address, email, service choice and project description are optional. The form also includes a request identifier, page, broad source category and elapsed form time to help process requests and limit duplicate or automated submissions.
How it is used
Your unfinished enquiry is kept in this browser tab so navigation and retries do not clear your details. A stored draft older than one day is not restored. Saved draft storage is cleared after confirmed success. Closing the tab clears its session storage. Draft details are not added to page URLs or analytics.
When delivery is enabled, the website sends enquiries securely to the shared enquiry system with the brand recorded as Anchor. Authorised staff use this information to respond and assess the requested work. The system uses Google Apps Script and Sheets, and may notify the team of a new enquiry. Hosting providers process the network information needed to serve the site.
