Cleanout coordination
Direct a cleanout when the owner is off site

How can an absent owner give clear instructions without leaving disposal decisions to the crew?
Use one authorised decision contact, an approved item/photo list and a clear hold process for anything that differs during the visit.
Appoint one instruction contact
Name the authorised person who can approve the inventory and answer questions during the agreed visit. If a local representative is involved, define the decisions that person can make. Avoid conflicting instructions from several family or business contacts. Anchor does not resolve ownership disputes or decide which belongings have value.
Approve a referenced inventory
Match each removal instruction to a room and photograph reference. Use clear remove, retain and hold decisions, and share only the images needed for the scope. Keep personal records, faces and security details out of the image set. The estimate form has no upload control; ask the project contact how to provide the agreed material.
Define what happens when something differs
An unexpected cupboard, unlisted box or item that does not match the photograph should trigger a question, not an assumption. Decide in advance whether unresolved items stay pending if the authorised contact cannot be reached. Do not interpret silence during the visit as permission to enlarge the collection.
Close the agreed list remotely
Ask for confirmation against the same room and item references, including exclusions or areas not accessed. Arrange the local access handback separately. For example, the representative may be able to open the house but may not have authority to dispose of an unlisted cabinet. Separating those roles lets the physical visit proceed only within the released scope.
