Assemble a removal handover pack for the property contact

What evidence can a tenant or owner assemble to show the removal work performed?
Organise the agreed scope, changes, photographs and exceptions for the receiving property contact without certifying lease compliance.
Begin with the actual agreed instructions
Keep the removal scope and the property contact's written direction together. Identify the version used for the work, especially if the requested return condition changed. The contractor confirms its performed scope; it does not decide whether that scope satisfies every term of a lease or other property agreement.
Connect photographs to scope items
Use before and after references for the included rooms and retained interfaces. Label them so a reviewer can locate the area without relying on a long unstructured image folder. Keep any change approvals beside the relevant item rather than presenting the final photograph as the only record of what was authorised.
Include exceptions and separate responsibilities
List material or fixtures left in place, work held pending a decision and tasks assigned to other contractors. Repairs, detailed cleaning, testing and reinstatement should not disappear from the record because the removal is complete. Ask the responsible contact what evidence they need for those separate tasks.
Arrange the receiving review
Name who receives the pack and who attends any walkthrough. Record questions raised and the party responsible for responding. A practical pack might show cleared loose contents, a retained landlord fixture and a separate repair item. It helps the reviewer understand the work without stating that the unit is fully compliant, the tenancy has ended or every building requirement has been met.
