The cleanout inventory changed: what to update

What should a client do when the pile or item list changes after the collection was discussed?
Compare the revised load with the original list and obtain confirmation of changed materials, access or authority before collection.
Describe additions and removals separately
Use the original inventory as the baseline. List newly added items and items that have already left, rather than sending another wide photograph with no explanation. A revised pile may contain a different mix of material even if it occupies a similar space. The provider needs to assess the change before relying on the earlier arrangement.
Flag a new material category
Tell the contact if building debris, appliances, electronics or unknown containers have appeared among ordinary contents. Do not assume the same acceptance rules apply to all of them. Keep unresolved material identified for review and refer to the prohibited-material guide for separate-channel questions.
Recheck the route and authority
An added cabinet may introduce a different carry route, while a newly opened room may have a different decision-maker. Record these changes along with the item itself. A collection list should not expand into an unapproved area because the crew is already attending the property.
Obtain the revised agreement
Ask the provider to confirm the updated included list and any changed access arrangements. Avoid treating a message sent just before arrival as proof that the change has been accepted. For example, if a donor collects two chairs and renovation waste is then added, the revised request is not simply the same load with fewer chairs. Keep the final agreed version available during collection.
